How do I organise a Kids Party. I want to have a Easy Day. I want to have a Stress Free Day.

I am so Worried that things will Go Wrong.
I want to have a Perfect Kids Party but I am Concerned that it will all go wrong.

Most Parties are Easy to Organise
Decide on the amount of children you want to attend.
Decide if it will be at home or in a hall
A Kids Entertainer will make life easier for you
For children under 7 don't make to much food as they won't eat it to much because they are exited.
Invite more guests that you expect because some won't turn up
A party at home means you don't have to go out and everything is where you know it to be. It could be easily fitted into your room if you just move furniture beforehand.
Parties in halls hotels or other venues mean that you won't have a mess at home to clear up. It also means that the kids have plenty of room.

How Do I organise a kids party
Book the Hall and a Entertainer in plenty of Time.
Make sure you get everything confirmed in Writing.
When you hear people say I was let down by a entertainer in most cases it was because that person didn't book the entertainer correctly.
For example they make a enquiry but don't follow it up and then find at a later date the entertainer who was free is no longer available.
A entertainer can't make a firm booking if they don't know what is required and everything is properly confirmed.
Keep food Simple. Food that is easy to prepare and easy to clear away.
Get friends to help on the Day

Tips to keep the costs down
Have a joint birthday part
Grandparents could pay for the party as a present

Consider inviting the whole class from School.
In a Hall with Appropriate Entertainment and with Friends helping out it is easier than you may think.
It also means your child may be invited to more parties themselves.
Invites are a good idea.
Send out invites and make sure you know who will be coming so you have a good idea of the numbers.
Don't just think because you sent invites that they will all come.
The Most Important thing is to have Fun yourself.
